How to choose the weight: Choose a blanket that is around 10% of your body weight, if you are in between sizes, round up.
How to choose the size: We suggest purchasing a blanket that does not hang over the sides of the bed to prevent your blanket from slipping off while you sleep. Please see our charts in the images provided.
