We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost.
Processing Time = the amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until we place it on a truck for shipment. Processing time may vary, based on the size and availability of your item, but is typically one day.
Shipping Time = depends on the shipping method you choose. Please see the chart below for estimated shipping times.
Total Delivery Time = the amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until the packages arrive.

You won't pay shipping for Gift Cards, even if the Gift Card is the only item you order.
If you qualify for a free gift with your purchase, we ship the gift free of charge. However, if you decide to send the free gift to a friend or relative at a different address, we'll charge you the base price for that shipment.
Right now, we only ship to addresses in the United States. We hope to offer expanded international shipping soon. Unfortunately, we can't accept International credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States.

We need your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number and last four digits of your credit card number to process and ship your order. We will e-mail you to confirm your order and keep you updated on your order status. If we have a question about your order, we may contact you by e-mail or by phone. For example, we may call you to verify your credit card information on a large purchase.
Who We Share It With
We only share customer information with service providers to conduct business on behalf of our company and its affiliated entities. This includes, but is not limited to: Credit card authorization and processing companies, customer service providers and shippers. We may release customer account or other information if we're advised that release is necessary to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our company, its affiliates, customers or others. We may also exchange information with companies and organizations or law enforcement for loss prevention and credit risk reduction.
How Secure is My Information?
1. Protecting your personal information: We use PayPal to process all payments.
2. All PayPal transactions are covered with 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Protecting Your Password
We also attempt to limit unauthorized access to your account. If you forget your password, you can create a new one. You can do your part to protect your personal information by keeping your password a secret and making sure you log off completely if you share a computer.
Creating an account: Unlike many e-commerce sites, we don't require our customers to create an account and keep information on file with us. However, creating an account makes it even faster and easier to shop at our site. With an account, you can take advantage of special features like Express Checkout.
Your Credit Card Number
Because we use PayPal to process all payments, we do not have visibility to your credit card number, only the last four digits appear on the invoice.
Your Wish List
Creating a Wish List: If you create a Wish List at Dorm Bedding, you must first create Your Account. Wish List works like a Gift Registry. As a registered customer, you can create as many Wish Lists as you need. If you choose to share your Wish List(s) with family members or friends, the "share" feature is designed only for shopping convenience and no other purpose.
Your Wish List Information: When you create a Wish List, you provide us with basic information, including your name, e-mail address, state and the names and birthdays associated with each Wish List you build.
Use of the E-Mail Addresses of Your Family Members and Friends: If you decide to use the "Share my Wish List" feature, we will e-mail your Wish List to the e-mail addresses you provide, along with your personal message.
Use of Your E-mail Address: By using the "Share Your Wish List" feature, you authorize Dorm Bedding to share your e-mail address with your family members and friends.
Use of the Wish List Directory: We give you the opportunity to include your Wish List in our directory. That way, your family members and friends or any Dorm Bedding customer can search for your list using the name and state associated with your Wish List. When your family members and friends decide to make a purchase, we don't show your shipping address during the checkout process. If you don't want others to 1) find your Wish List using your name and state information, or 2) see your name, birthday (day and month only), event type, event date or gender, do not add your Wish List to our directory.
Wish List Terms: By using the Wish List feature, you agree to the terms outlined above.
How does Dorm Bedding Recognize Me?
We automatically recognize your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and your operating system. We sometimes use this information to solve problems with our server. We use URL encoding to monitor your shopping activity on our site. We may use this information to determine the most popular products and pages on our site and to enhance our marketing efforts and activities. This helps us make changes to improve your shopping experience.

Acceptance of Terms by Customer
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Dorm Bedding. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:
• Any unopened, unused product, and still in its original condition
We will refund your money as long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original pack slip, but we will charge a 15% - 25% re-stocking fee. Of course, we cannot refund your shipping or return shipping fees. For returns without the original pack slip, we issue an electronic Dorm Bedding Gift Certificate.
Please confirm your order meets the above criteria to qualify for a return.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Sorry, we can't cancel or modify your order after you submit it. Please save your pack slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.
Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Warehouse
1. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
2. Mail the package to the address listed below.
3. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense.
4. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
5. We'll process your return/exchange within 7-14 days after receipt of your package.
6. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
7. If you used a Dorm Bedding Gift Card, we'll e-mail you an electronic Dorm Bedding Gift Certificate within five business days.
Please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

How and when will I receive order and/or shipping confirmation?
We'll e-mail you confirming your order as soon as we receive it. Save the e-mail, because it includes an order number. We'll also e-mail confirmation of your shipment as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.
I didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation?
If you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact admin (AT) DormBedding.com. We don't send shipping confirmation e-mails until your order leaves the fulfillment center. I only received part of my order. If you just received your order, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number.
Why is my order backordered, and when can I expect shipment?
Because the most popular items at Dorm Bedding sell so quickly, we occasionally run out. If this happens, we'll notify you with an estimated ship date and we'll follow up with a progress report. We make every effort to send you the items you want in a reasonable amount of time. If you have specific questions about backorders, please e-mail admin (AT) DormBedding.com
On very rare occasions an item may be backordered. Dorm Bedding makes every attempt to ship backordered item(s) within 15 days. Often, we don't know if more of certain items will be available in the future.
